Inside Sales Representative National Account Team

We're looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our National Account Team. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting revenue growth by building strong client relationships, identifying opportunities, and providing exceptional service. The ideal candidate is a strong communicator with a results-driven mindset who thrives in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

  • Organized & Detail-Oriented: Skilled at managing leads, meetings, and sales metrics with accuracy.
  • Independent & Collaborative: Capable of working autonomously while actively contributing to a team culture.
Key Responsibilities
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships by providing updates and support on cost-containment programs.
  • Schedule and manage both virtual and in-person meetings for the National Account Team.
  • Identify new business opportunities and assist in addressing evolving client needs.
  • Provide timely follow-up, respond to client inquiries, and ensure a high standard of customer service.
  • Stay current with product updates, sales metrics, and market conditions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records within the CRM system.
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2+ years of Business-to-Business (B2B) sales or inside sales experience.
  • Proven ability to manage client relationships and contribute to revenue growth.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree preferred.
