About the Role We are currently seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Dispensary Technician to join our pharmacy team. Working closely with the pharmacist, you will support the safe and efficient running of the dispensary while delivering excellent customer service and patient care. Key Responsibilities Prepare and dispense prescriptions accurately under pharmacist supervision Ensure prescriptions are processed efficiently and in line with pharmacy procedures Provide excellent customer service to patients and customers Assist with dispensary stock management and replenishment Process pharmacy claims and maintain prescription records Support pharmacy healthcare services and initiatives Operate the POS system accurately, including cash handling Build effective relationships with patients, customers, and team members Assist with general pharmacy and retail duties as required What Were Looking For Strong attention to detail and dispensing accuracy Excellent communication and customer service skills Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment Strong organisational and time management skills Team-focused attitude with a strong work ethic Previous dispensary or pharmacy technician experience preferred Why Join Us Join a rapidly growing pharmacy retail organisation Supportive team environment Ongoing professional development opportunities Career progression pathways Opportunity to make a positive impact on patient care Work Pattern Flexibility is required across weekday, weekend and Bank Holiday trading hours, including morning, mid and evening shifts.
