A.C. Coy is seeking a COBOL/CICS Developer to provide system development, enhancement, and maintenance support for a payroll application for a U.S. Government client. This position is 100% remote and classified as Contract-to-Hire. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related field, along with 5+ years of mainframe experience using COBOL, CICS, JCL, and DB2. Strong communication skills are also required.
