We’re seeking a Coordinator, Learning Services to support the Learning Services team by efficiently organizing and executing learning content initiatives. Key responsibilities include creating, adding, and revising content within the Learning Management System (LMS), scheduling project meetings and timelines, effectively communicating across portfolio teams, and ensuring the timely delivery of completed training materials. The coordinator also ensures that all team members adhere to the established project schedule. Key Responsibilities
Organise, schedule and complete training deliverables and manage training content within the LMS. Develop and maintain e-learning courses, ensuring they are up-to-date and meet organisational standards. Provide technical support to users, troubleshoot issues, and ensure the LMS is functioning correctly. Upload, organise and manage learning content within the LMS. Collaborate with internal teams to identify areas for improvement and suggest modifications to optimise the system. Generate reports to monitor training progress and course completion rates. Schedule and organise project meetings. Manage project-related paperwork such as emails and other forms of communication. Identify and raise potential problems and technical issues to the Learning Services Team. Ensure that project deliverables meet the required quality standards and specifications. Act as a liaison between the project team and stakeholders, ensuring clear and effective communication. Requirements
Bachelor’s degree and/or 2+ years of relevant experience. Minimum of 2 years of experience in LMS administration. Proficiency in administering an LMS, specifically Absorb or a similar learning management system. Experience in mid‑ to large‑size corporate LMS environments (Absorb, Cornerstone, Workday, Continu, Bridge, Docebo, or similar). Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft 365. Articulate 360 certification preferred; otherwise willingness to obtain certification. Previous experience in project management, service‑related fields, or administrative support preferred. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively. Technical proficiency in using learning management systems and other educational technologies. Flexibility to adapt to changing needs and dynamic environments. Analytical and problem‑solving abilities, able to troubleshoot technical issues and analyse system performance. Demonstrated eagerness to learn and actively seek feedback. Attention to detail, meticulousness and motivation to enhance the educational process. Thrives in fast‑paced environments and thrives under pressure.
