Oracle CX Incentive Compensation Lead,
to join our team .
This is a remote and permanent/FTE role only, that can sit anywhere in the US with the expectation to travel to customer sites when needed. Your role and responsibilities: Lead Oracle CX Incentive Compensation implementations across business units, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and compliance standards. Design and configure compensation plans, rules, and formulas within Oracle Incentive Compensation (OIC). Collaborate with Sales, Finance, HR, and IT teams to gather requirements and translate them into scalable technical solutions. Manage end-to-end compensation cycle including plan setup, crediting, calculation, reporting, and pay out. Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to monitor compensation effectiveness and identify areas for improvement. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior team members and stakeholders. Ensure data integrity and system performance through rigorous testing, validation, and troubleshooting. Required education:
Bachelor's Degree Preferred education:
Master's Degree Required technical and professional expertise: 5+ years in Oracle Incentive Compensation or similar CX modules. Strong understanding of sales compensation models and Oracle CX architecture. Experience with Oracle Redwood UI and AI-assisted CX features. Familiarity with CRM integrations and dispute management processes.
