Role Description This is a full-time or part-time remote role for a Field Underwriter. The Field Underwriter will be responsible for meeting potential clients, assessing their insurance needs, and determining appropriate coverage options. Daily tasks include conducting in-person and phone consultations, gathering and analyzing client information, explaining policy features, and completing necessary paperwork. The Field Underwriter will also build and maintain long-term client relationships to ensure continued satisfaction and protection. Qualifications Strong interpersonal and communication skills Experience in sales and customer service Knowledge of life insurance products and financial protection solutions Ability to analyze client needs and recommend appropriate coverage Excellent organizational and time management skills Comfortable with technology and insurance software systems Adaptable and proactive with strong problem-solving abilities Previous experience in insurance underwriting is a plus Current insurance license or willingness to obtain one Seniority level
