About the role
We are currently seeking a a highly motivated and professional Paralegal to join our dynamic team. This remote position is ideal for a candidate who is fluent in Turkish and English and has a strong interest in our areas of practice. Working hours for this role are between 09:00 and 17:00 according to the
Central Time Zone
which corresponds to between 18:00 and 02:00 according to the TR time. What you\'ll do
Conduct thorough and accurate client intake processes, including initial screening, phone calls, emails, and the collection of necessary information for attorney review. Prepare and complete requisite forms for review by USCIS, USPTO, and other legal entities. Compose insightful blog articles on legal topics pertinent to our practice areas to contribute to our firm\'s online presence. Assist in drafting, editing, and proofreading a variety of legal documents, including briefs, letters, filings, and other correspondence. Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis to support the legal team in a variety of cases. Oversee administrative tasks, such as updating and maintaining client files, records, and databases. Qualifications
A degree in law, preferably with a strong focus on writing and research. Fluency in both English and Turkish, including exceptional oral and written communication skills. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment, and the ability to work independently. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other standard computer skills. At least 2 years of experience working in a legal environment is preferred. The ability to work remotely with reliable internet access and a computer is a must.
