A Day in the Life as a Benefits Coordinator / Customer Service Representative
You will receive thorough training to ensure your success.
Most of your day involves inbound and outbound calls, engaging with customers and making personal connections to ensure they feel valued.
We work with unions through local bargaining agreements, providing you with leads so your work feels purposeful.
You will make a difference in clients' lives, assist with appointments, and provide presentations on our benefits, basic computer skills, paperwork, and leadership development.
You will take on challenging opportunities and deliver excellent customer service, with opportunities for future management roles.
