Business Development Representative – Spring Cash Remote – Full-Time Our mission is to give the next generation of brands the financial strength to grow without limits. We empower consumer businesses with fast, flexible capital so they can take on bigger orders, expand into retail, and accelerate growth. Today’s consumer brands need capital that matches their speed. Traditional invoice and PO financing is slow, cumbersome, and costly. That’s why we built Spring Cash. Our model, backed by GB Bank (UK) with £2 billion+ in deposits, gives us access to lower-cost capital and the flexibility to structure financing around the realities of growing brands. We fund suppliers upfront and unlock cash tied up in invoices, enabling founders to scale without compromise. Spring Cash was founded by Sameer Gehlaut, a proven entrepreneur who has built multi-billion-dollar institutions across banking, real estate, and fintech. With this foundation, we’re bringing smarter financing to ambitious brands across the US. Responsibilities
Prospect and qualify high-growth consumer brands that fit our ideal customer profile Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities through outbound outreach across email, phone, and LinkedIn Partner closely with Account Executives to ensure a seamless handoff of qualified opportunities Research markets, brands, and funding needs to tailor outreach strategies Help refine messaging and playbooks as part of a growing, fast-paced sales team Consistently meet and exceed monthly targets for activity, pipeline, and qualified opportunities Qualifications
6 months to 2 years of BDR/SDR experience, ideally in fintech, SaaS, or CPG-related industries Strong communication and prospecting skills with a proven ability to book meetings with decision makers Track record of exceeding outreach or pipeline generation targets A self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment Ambitious, resilient, and eager to grow into an Account Executive role Passion for consumer brands and helping founders scale Perks & Benefits

The majority of our org works remotely across the US and Europe, coming together throughout the year for off-sites, company kick off and technical kick off.
