TrueFit Talent is seeking an independent, commission-only
Account Executive
to help grow our client base by introducing and closing new business opportunities. This role is ideal for professionals who excel at relationship building, understand professional services sales, and want unlimited earning potential without caps, quotas, or micromanagement. What You'll Do Identify and engage prospective clients in need of hiring support Introduce TrueFit Talent's flat-rate recruiting model Build and maintain strong client relationships Close new client agreements and hand off accounts for delivery Collaborate with leadership to align on target industries and roles Compensation Straight commission (1099 contractor), no base pay Earn a percentage of the flat-rate fee for each new client you bring on Commission is paid after the client's payment is received No cap on earnings Clearly defined ownership of accounts and commission terms Why TrueFit Talent No cold fulfillment burden—your focus is sales only Competitive, transparent pricing that's easy to sell High-quality recruiting delivery you can stand behind Flexible schedule and remote structure Opportunity to grow with the firm as it scales Ideal Candidate Proven experience in B2B sales, recruiting sales, or staffing Strong communication and relationship-building skills Self-motivated, disciplined, and results-driven Comfortable working independently in a commission-based role This is an opportunity to grow alongside a firm that prioritizes trust, results, and doing business the right way.
