This role focuses on guiding customers through the early stages of a benefits enrollment conversation. You’ll work with people who are already engaging in the process, follow a clear framework, and help move each conversation toward a next step. You’ll be part of a collaborative team while managing your own customer flow and daily rhythm. Training and support are provided. What You’ll Do
Connect with customers beginning the enrollment process Ask thoughtful questions to understand needs and priorities Present benefit options clearly and confidently Guide customers through enrollment and next steps Keep notes and progress organized Share updates and collaborate with team members as needed What We’re Looking For
Comfortable leading one‑on‑one customer conversations Self‑directed with strong time management Organized and reliable with follow‑through Open to coaching, feedback, and growth What This Role Offers
