Responsibilities
Align solutions with business needs and foster stakeholder relationships through engagement and support.
Provide guidance on technical challenges and assist with implementing best practices.
Work closely with Sales, Support, and Product teams to enhance the customer experience.
Troubleshoot technical issues, eskale concerns when necessary, and ensure customer satisfaction.
Act as a trusted advisor by managing escalations, providing strategic guidance, and contributing to knowledge sharing through documentation and resources.
Qualifications (Minimum)
Experience helping customers understand how technology aligns with business objectives.
Strong relationship‑building skills with stakeholders through consistent engagement.
2–4 years of experience in a customer‑facing consultancy role, preferably in cybersecurity.
Strong understanding of data modeling methodologies and SQL expertise.
Proficient in data management, ETL processes, integration strategies, cybersecurity concepts, and cloud fundamentals, with a Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to guide customers through technical challenges and recommend solutions.
Skilled in cross‑functional collaboration and technical issue resolution across Sales, Support, and Product teams.
