In this role, you will lead the strategy and execution of our data platforms, making a tangible impact in enhancing business intelligence and analytics for enterprise clients. With a focus on scalable architecture and cutting‑edge technology, you’ll drive projects that span multiple teams, collaborating with product managers, designers, and engineers. Accountabilities
Drive the strategy, design, and delivery of scalable data platforms for enterprise customers.
Lead complex projects across multiple domains ensuring integration with core data services.
Provide technical leadership through architecture decisions and code reviews.
Facilitate the adoption of Generative AI tools to enhance developer productivity.
Collaborate with Product Management and Design to translate business needs into technical solutions.
Mentor and grow a distributed team of engineers, promoting a culture of accountability.
Oversee production health including incident response and post‑incident reviews.
Lead initiatives to enhance operational excellence and system resiliency.
Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science or related field or equivalent experience.
10+ years of professional software experience with 3+ years in a managerial role.
Experience delivering customer‑facing SaaS products at scale.
Hands‑on knowledge of modern data platform tools such as Apache Airflow and AWS services.
Strong background in data architecture, ETL/ELT processes, and data modeling.
Proficiency in SQL, Python, and Typescript.
Familiarity with AI tools like Langchain and Open AI Agents.
Excellent communication skills tailored to a fast‑paced startup environment.
