Responsibilities & Qualifications
Have built developer tools, libraries, or CI/CD infrastructure for large teams
Know how to optimize monorepo and microservice architectures
Confident designing reusable libraries and internal dev tooling
Diagnose obscure performance issues and fix them
Value ownership, clarity, and communication in a remote-first environment
Preferred Experience
Vercel’s ecosystem (Next.js, Turborepo)
Deploying and maintaining apps with Kubernetes
GCP familiarity (especially build + deploy pipelines)
Grafana, Prometheus, OTEL, or flame graphs
Hands‑on work with GitHub Actions at scale
