We are seeking a highly skilled
Senior Salesforce Engineer
to join our consulting team and support our clients with Sales Cloud and Service Cloud initiatives.
Key Responsibilities Technical Leadership & Architecture
Lead the design, architecture, and technical strategy for Salesforce implementations.
Translate business requirements into scalable and maintainable Salesforce solutions.
Advise clients on platform capabilities, best practices, and recommended technical approaches.
Development & Customization
Develop and customize Salesforce features using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Visualforce, and Flows.
Build automation, custom objects, workflows, dashboards, and reporting solutions.
Integrate Salesforce with external systems using APIs or middleware.
Implementation & Support
Act as a hands‑on engineer throughout all project phases—from discovery through deployment.
Troubleshoot and resolve system, configuration, and integration issues.
Support data migration efforts including mapping, cleansing, and execution.
Stakeholder Collaboration
Work directly with clients, project managers, and business analysts to refine requirements.
Communicate complex technical concepts to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members when needed.
Qualifications Required
5+ years of Salesforce engineering/development experience with a strong background in Sales Cloud and Service Cloud.
Proficiency in Apex, Lightning Web Components, SOQL/SOSL, and Salesforce configuration tools.
Experience designing and implementing advanced automations (Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Builder).
Strong understanding of Salesforce data architecture, security model, and integration patterns.
Prior consulting or client‑facing experience collaborating directly with stakeholders.
Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects with minimal supervision.
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Service Cloud Consultant (strongly preferred).
Preferred
Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise systems via REST/SOAP APIs or middleware.
Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
Experience with Git-based version control or CI/CD pipelines.

Additional Details The base range for this contract position is $90 - $100 per hour, depending on experience. Our pay ranges are determined by role, level, and location. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hires of this position across all U.S. locations. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job‑related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. Qualified applicants with arrest or conviction records will be considered.
