Manage and develop a team of B2B SaaS sales professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and performance management
Establish and execute sales strategies to drive customer acquisition across Mainstreet's suite of back-office solutions
Build and optimize sales processes, methodologies, and playbooks for consistent team performance
Collaborate with marketing, product, and customer success teams to align on lead generation and conversion strategies
Forecast sales performance, track key metrics, and report on team progress to executive leadership
Recruit, onboard, and train new sales team members to scale the organization
Develop and maintain relationships with key prospects and strategic accounts
Work closely with product teams to provide customer feedback and influence product roadmap
Requirements
5+ years of experience managing high-performance B2B SaaS sales teams
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and developing successful sales professionals
Experience with Salesforce and HubSpot for sales process management and customer relationship management
Strong understanding of B2B SaaS sales cycles, methodologies, and best practices
Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills
Experience selling to small business owners and understanding their pain points
Data-driven approach to sales management with strong analytical skills
Nice to Have
Experience in fintech, accounting, or tax services industry
Background selling business back-office solutions or financial services
Experience with sales enablement tools and technologies
Previous experience in a high-growth startup environment
