Leading a team of Site Reliability Engineers, the full-time remote Site Reliability Engineering Manager will ensure the availability, performance, and operational excellence of production systems while contributing as a hands-on technical leader through coding and automation. Key responsibilities
Manage the SRE team to maintain the reliability and health of production systems Define and drive Service Level Objectives (SLOs) and error budgets in collaboration with engineering and product teams Champion continuous improvement in monitoring, observability, and incident response practices Required qualifications
Proven experience leading SRE or reliability-focused engineering teams in a production software environment Strong understanding of SRE principles, including SLOs, SLIs, and blameless postmortems Hands-on background in incident response and production troubleshooting Experience applying AI and automation to reliability work Solid grasp of distributed systems and cloud infrastructure
