Senior Project Manager Lead and manage Healthcare IT and Imaging projects, ensuring timely delivery within scope, budget, and quality objectives.
Location Remote: Canada
What You’ll Do
Create and execute project work plans in accordance with the Statement of Work (SOW) and revise as necessary.
Identify, schedule, and coordinate internal and external resources to meet project objectives.
Manage team activities, ensuring completion of tasks on schedule, within budget, and to quality standards.
Collaborate with stakeholders, communicating expectations clearly and in a timely manner.
Proactively identify and resolve project issues as they arise.
Manage project dependencies and the critical path.
Ensure all required quality documents are completed, signed, and posted.
Meet service acceptance and final acceptance commitments on time.
Prioritize tasks and coordinate resources, considering cost, impact on other projects, and customer needs.
Forecast project dates and revenues accurately, delivering projects within budget.
Support virtual project team management using appropriate tools and technology.
Who You Are
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Technology, Healthcare, or a related field.
1–2 years of IT or Healthcare IT project management experience.
Experience or strong understanding of Radiology PACS and workflow.
Knowledge of current IT and healthcare technologies.
Strong presentation preparation and delivery skills for diverse audiences.
Ability to work independently with minimal guidance.
Analytical and problem‑solving skills to adapt to shifting priorities and timelines.
Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Project Management and other Microsoft Office products.
Proficiency with tools needed to manage virtual project teams.
Travelers capability and willingness to work occasional evenings or weekends as required.
Benefits & Compensation
Salary range: $100,000 – $130,000 (depending on education, experience, and market).
