Supply Chain Manager | Location: U.S.A. | Workplace: Remote
Responsibilities
Own day-to-day supply chain operations: demand planning, inventory optimization and order fulfillment to meet customer SLAs and reduce stockouts/overstock.
Lead the S&OP cadence—develop forecasts, align Sales, Finance and Operations, and translate plans into accurate replenishment and capacity decisions.
Manage supplier relationships and procurement activities—negotiate terms, track supplier performance, resolve supply risks and drive cost improvements.
Operate and maintain ERP/MRP processes and master data to ensure accurate purchase orders, lead-time management and on-time deliveries.
Build and maintain KPI dashboards (OTIF, inventory turns, days of inventory, forecast accuracy, cost-to-serve); perform root-cause analysis and implement continuous improvement plans.
Partner with logistics providers and internal stakeholders to optimize inbound/outbound transportation, reduce lead times and control freight costs.
Skills & Qualifications Must-Have
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, Operations, Business or equivalent.
Proven experience (operative supply chain role) managing demand planning, inventory and procurement in e‑commerce, manufacturing or logistics environments.
Hands-on experience with ERP systems and MRP processes (SAP, Oracle NetSuite preferred).
Strong analytical capability with SQL and Excel-based modeling and experience building KPI/BI dashboards (Power BI or Tableau).
Preferred
APICS/CPIM, CSCP, or Six Sigma certification.
Experience with WMS/TMS platforms and working in remote-distributed teams supporting U.S. operations.
