We are seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Software Engineer with strong Python and React expertise to build and scale responsive front-end features, backend systems, and secure APIs in a fast-paced startup environment. The ideal candidate will collaborate cross-functionally with design, marketing, and engineering teams to deliver scalable, high-performing solutions while ensuring seamless functionality, data integrity, and system reliability. Core Tasks
Develop and optimize responsive and dynamic front-end features Collaborate to ensure seamless integration between frontend and backend services Assist with the creation of secure and scalable user authentication and login systems Collaborate with design and marketing to align technical solutions with business goals Design, develop, and maintain scalable / efficient backend systems Build and maintain APIs to support front-end functionality Manage and optimize database performance, ensuring data integrity and security Troubleshoot and debug applications to ensure seamless functionality and uptime Must Haves
5+ years software engineering experience (preferably in a startup environment) Strong Python and React skills (building and scaling production apps) Experience designing APIs / data models / backend systems at scale Strong (C-level) English communication skills Ability to work full-time EST Nice to Haves
Hand on devops experience AWS Glue, Athena, DynamoDB, Aurora Energy trading / commodities background
