Answers in CME (AiCME) AiCME delivers innovative, digital Continuing Medical Education (CME) content to global healthcare professionals most in need of the knowledge, skills, and competence imparted by the education. Our mission is to facilitate the creation and distribution of clinically important medical education, to ensure access to the education by need-to-know clinicians, and to measure the outcomes and impact of the education.

Our Educational Program Managers (EPM) drive the creation and execution of our activities, leading a multidisciplinary team as they educate physicians in the US and around the world. AiCME achieves our mission through expertise in needs assessment/grant writing, content development, faculty selection, outcomes assessment, and distribution of innovative, evidence based, device-agnostic platforms.
The EPM should have the ability to work independently and think proactively about upcoming projects or subprojects. They should have excellent computer, written and communication skills, good time-management and organizational abilities, the ability to prioritize and willingness to learn new skills. The candidate should have an excellent attitude, be team oriented and possess technical knowledge and ability to learn new software.
Key responsibilities
Responsible for ensuring projects are executed to grant specifications and timeline
Effective independent management of overall activity development internally and externally including process oversight, quality checks, internal reviews, support and/or lead meetings
Work with accredited CME provider partners, outside vendors, internal staff to plan and coordinate projects from grant approval and ensuring completion on time, within cost and to required quality standards.
Strategize solutions to meet revenue targets.
Oversee and manage accurate development of all activity materials prior to distribution including measuring program and event effectiveness.
Manage live meetings/satellite symposia and oversee onsite event execution, creation of event schedules, staffing, registrations sites, event awareness, organization of enduring programs, etc.
Understand and adhere to all CME/CE guidelines (AMA, OIG, FDA, ACCME, and ACPE)
Required knowledge, skills, and abilities
Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant experience required.
Medical education, specifically CME experience, is preferred.
Passion for customer service and for ensuring that our key thought leaders, physicians and supporters have the best experience possible
Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment, responsible and results driven, solid communication skills
