Fully Remote Responsibilities: Conduct initial reviews of technology contracts, including professional services, SaaS, and infrastructure agreements. Identify and escalate sensitive issues as necessary. Negotiate terms and conditions to ensure favorable outcomes for the corporation. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure compliance with corporate policies and legal requirements. Provide insights and recommendations based on a thorough understanding of the underlying technology and relevant laws. Effectively spot issues and address them proactively. Qualifications: Attorneys, JDs and non-attorney Contracts Managers will be considered. 5+ years of proven experience in negotiating technology contracts. Demonstrated understanding of legal issues related to technology, including professional services, SaaS, and infrastructure. Express willingness to perform initial reviews of low-risk contracts and escalate issues as needed. Pay Rate:
