What You Need to Bring to the Table
Deep Expertise:
You have worked in financial services or professional services—ideally within an RIA—and understand the pace, pressure, and professionalism those environments demand. You also bring at least 2 years of experience in sales operations, business development, or client success roles in a high-performance team. You’ve worked with people who are already successful, and you know how to elevate them even further. Are you mission aligned with changing the lives of entrepreneurs to have a greater impact in the world?
Credentials That Matter:
You’ve built and scaled sales programs, partnership initiatives, and channel strategies – with results to show for it. You hold a bachelor’s degree in business, finance, marketing, or a related field. More importantly, it’s your experience – and your results – that set you apart. Leadership Skills:
You’re a leader who communicates confidently with high-net-worth individuals, business owners, and senior executives. You don’t wait to be told what to do. Do you self-select into hardship? Do you bring a different dimension of thinking?
