We are seeking a highly organized and proactive
NOC Operations Coordinator
responsible for
rostering, job scheduling, and operational coordination . This role requires exceptional communication skills to manage interactions with
clients, customers, vendors, and internal operational teams (especially Australia-based operations) .
The ideal candidate will be a strong multitasker who can manage real‑time scheduling, handle queries, and ensure seamless service delivery.
Key Responsibilities Rostering & Scheduling
Prepare and manage
daily/weekly staff rosters
Allocate jobs and shifts to field/operations staff
Ensure
100% coverage of scheduled operations
Handle last‑minute changes, absences, and shift swaps
Optimize scheduling to reduce overtime and improve efficiency
Client & Stakeholder Communication
Act as the
primary point of contact
for:
Clients
Customers
Vendors
Internal operations teams (Australia)
Provide timely updates on job status, delays, and resolutions
Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and coordination
Operations Coordination
Assign and dispatch jobs to appropriate personnel
Monitor job progress and ensure timely completion
Coordinate between multiple teams to avoid service gaps
Ensure service delivery meets agreed SLAs
Tracking & Reporting
Maintain records of:
Rosters
Job assignments
Completion status
Generate daily/weekly reports on:
Coverage
Hours worked
Job completion rates
Issue Handling & Escalation
Quickly resolve scheduling conflicts and operational issues
Escalate critical issues to management when required
Ensure minimal disruption to operations
Administrative Support
Maintain operational documentation and logs
Update systems/tools with accurate job and staff data
Support continuous process improvements
Key Skills & Qualifications
Proven experience in
operations coordination / scheduling / rostering
Excellent
communication skills (verbal & written)
Ability to interact with
international clients (Australia preferred)
Strong
multitasking and time management skills
Proficiency in
Excel / scheduling tools / CRM systems
Ability to work in a
fast‑paced environment
Preferred Skills
Experience in
security services / field operations / workforce management
Familiarity with
rostering software or dispatch systems
Understanding of
shift‑based workforce planning
KPIs / Performance Metrics
Roster accuracy and coverage (%)
Job allocation efficiency
On‑time job completion rate
Client satisfaction / response time
Reduction in scheduling conflicts
Average response time to queries
