What To Expect (Job Responsibilities)
Review medical reports and records to ensure completeness and accuracy, addressing all client questions
Communicate effectively with clients and reviewers to clarify any additional questions or concerns
Update clients frequently on the progress of referrals
Ensure reports are grammatically correct and adhere to quality assurance checklists
Format reports for approval and manage special projects as assigned
What Is Required (Qualifications)
Associate's Degree or Bachelor's Degree preferred
Experience in a healthcare and/or insurance setting preferred
Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate information to clients and colleagues
Proficiency in technology-based processes within a business environment
Essential computer literacy and typing skills
How To Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications)
Previous experience in quality analysis or similar roles in the healthcare industry
Familiarity with peer review processes and medical terminology
