NerdsToGo Plano is hiring a Sales Development Representative (SDR) to expand our local footprint. This is a definitive career path, not just a job. You will use your technical DNA to solve IT headaches for Plano small businesses, acting as the vital bridge between complex problems and simple, effective solutions. What You'll Do Discovery: Meet local owners to audit current tech setups and identify security or efficiency gaps. Solution Crafting: Collaborate with lead technicians to build IT proposals (Managed Services, Cloud, Cyber). Driving Growth: Convert inbound leads and engage local businesses to showcase our professional "Nerd" value. Client Onboarding: Serve as the primary contact during setup to ensure a premium client experience. Pipeline Mastery: Maintain an organized CRM (we train you!) so every potential lead is maximized. What We're Looking For Tech Intuition: No CS degree required, but you must master Windows/Mac, Wi-Fi, and hardware basics. Retail repair or floor experience is ideal. Communication: You translate "Tech-Speak" into plain English so clients feel empowered, not confused. Ambition: You are ready to pivot from retail to professional B2B sales.
