Dental Assistant

Assist dentist in providing complex treatments to patients.

Receive and seat patient and conduct preliminary screening.

Set up instruments, equipment, and materials such as assembling syringes and IVs for anesthesia, and mixing materials for impressions and restorations.

Perform chairside dental assistant duties.

Relay dentist's instructions to patients for post-treatment care.

Perform dental radiographic work including intra-oral and extra-oral radiographs of patients.

Maintain dental equipment, treatment area, and supplies.
