Benefits are available. Pay rate: $20 to $22 per hour depending on experience. Minimum 1 - 2 years of experience./ppPosition Responsibilities:/pulliExperience doing blood draws/liliLabeling specimens/liliCentrifuging specimens/liliRecording maintenance data and decontamination/liliUpdating patient information/liliCollects and stores specimens according to established procedures/liliProperly explains in a clear but courteous manner the process of the venipuncture (blood drawing) and or other specimen collection (ex. urine or fecal) as required/liliDemonstrate technique/s using straight needles and/or butterfly needles/liliFully understand all of the physicians orders/liliMatches laboratory requisition forms to specimen tubes/liliLabel, centrifuge, split, and freeze specimens as required by test order/liliCheck all test requisitions or computer label against script to ensure 100% correct/liliPackage specimens for transport/liliStores specimen sample according to required temperature/li/ulpHigh School Diploma or GED minimum 1 - 2 years of experience/p/div
