Overview We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to support the design, development, and deployment of modern web applications in a cloud-based environment. This is a long-term, fully remote W2 contract opportunity with strong visibility across engineering leadership and business stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a self-directed contributor who can operate independently while collaborating closely with directors, managers, architects, and fellow engineers.
Key Skills
Vue.Js with WebApps development
SQL development and backend database experience
Experience developing integrations with Healthcare platforms (HL7 and FHIR) experience preferred
Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications using Vue.js for the front end and C#, Python, and .NET for backend services.
Build and optimize SQL queries and backend database structures to support high-performance, secure data processing.
Develop, maintain, and enhance CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps, supporting automated build, test, and deployment processes.
Contribute to system integrations, including healthcare platform interoperability using HL7 and FHIR standards (experience strongly preferred).
Participate in technical discovery sessions, scope definition, and solution design discussions.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and development working sessions.
Communicate directly with engineering leadership and stakeholders, providing technical input, status updates, and risk assessments.
Ensure code quality, security, and performance through best practices, peer reviews, and documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
Strong experience with Vue.js and modern web application development.
Proficiency in backend development using C#, Python, and .NET.
Solid SQL development skills and experience working with relational databases.
Hands-on experience building and managing Azure DevOps pipelines and cloud-based deployments.
Experience integrating with external platforms and APIs; healthcare interoperability using HL7 and FHIR is a strong plus.
Ability to work independently in a remote environment while maintaining high levels of communication and accountability.
Comfortable engaging in architectural discussions, requirements discovery, and technical scoping.
