10+ years
of experience as a
Db2z DBA
in enterprise mainframe environments. Hands-on expertise with
Db2 Data Sharing ,
IIDR (SQL Replication and Q Replication) , and
IDAA . Proven ability to script and automate using
JCL
and
REXX . Strong experience in
performance tuning ,
capacity planning , and
Db2 utilities management . Experience supporting
high-availability, mission-critical
systems. Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills. Ability to work effectively in
cross-functional teams
and in a
remote environment . Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
Zowe
and
Admin Foundation for Db2 . Working knowledge of
IDMS . Familiarity with
ServiceNow
