What You’ll Love To Do

Design workshops that don’t just share information but shift thinking, spark dialogue, and build new habits for educators.
Blend creativity and clarity as you develop slide decks, participant tools, and facilitator guides that genuinely support adult learning.
Shape learning environments that feel interactive, purposeful, and grounded in strong instructional design.
Bring complex concepts to life through visuals, examples, reflection questions, and activities that feel engaging and relevant.
Collaborate with a mission-driven team that values thought partnership, intellectual rigor, and continuous improvement.
What You Bring
3-5+ years designing or developing professional learning, instructional materials, or curriculum for adult/educator audiences.
Instructional design experience is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to create engaging and interactive learning experiences.
Strong writing skills, attention to detail, and ability to synthesize complex concepts into digestible learning modules.
Experience with Google Slides, PowerPoint, and digital collaboration tools.
Comfort working independently, managing timelines, and producing high-quality deliverables on schedule.
A growth mindset and openness to coaching and iterative improvement.
