Company Overview We have partnered with a fashion jewelry brand where their business spans from e-commerce, wholesale, and a growing retail footprint.
The Opportunity We are seeking an experienced
Interim FP&A Director
to provide immediate coverage during a leadership transition. This individual will work closely with the CEO and executive team to maintain financial planning & analysis continuity.
Key Responsibilities
Own and maintain the FP&A function
Partner directly with the CEO and executive leadership on financial insights and decision support
Oversee forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis
Build and/or refine reporting dashboards and KPIs
Develop or enhance 13-week cash flow modeling (as needed)
Collaborate closely with the Controller, including month‑end review support
Identify opportunities for process improvements and SOP development
Ideal Candidate Profile
Proven FP&A leadership experience
Prior experience in aPE‑backed environment strongly preferred
Hands‑on, self‑starter who can operate independently
Comfortable in turnaround or restructuring environments
Strong NetSuite experience (preferred)
Ability to quickly assess, stabilize, and improve financial processes
$200,000 - $250,000 a year
