À propos

Xano is the leading backend infrastructure platform for building APIs, logic, and workflows that power modern apps, services, and AI agents—visually and without code. Built for the agentic era, Xano provides everything you need to launch and scale AI-driven systems: dynamic APIs, contextual business logic, scalable storage, and secure, production-grade deployment—without DevOps overhead or stitching together fragmented tools. Trusted by over 100,000 users in 90+ countries. Why we’re hiring: At
Xano , we empower teams to visually build scalable, no-code backends—and now more than ever, precision in how we deliver that power matters. As we scale our engineering efforts and expand our AI capabilities,
predictable, high-quality releases
are critical to our success. We’re hiring a
Technical Product Owner
to bring structure, clarity, and momentum to our delivery & execution process. You’ll be the connective tissue across product, design, and engineering—ensuring that features are well-scoped, timelines are accurate, capacity is understood, and that nothing slips through the cracks. Your obsession with detail and smooth delivery will directly impact how quickly and confidently we ship value to our users. Who we’re looking for: You’re someone who lives in the tickets. You think in systems, dependencies, and milestones. You love bringing order to chaos and are naturally wired to ask, “Are we on track?” “What does engineering need to be successful?” You’re a strong communicator who translates between technical and non-technical teams, ensuring everyone’s aligned and executing against a shared plan. What you’ll be doing: Own on-time, predictable delivery
by driving cross-functional execution, surfacing blockers early, and ensuring work gets across the finish line. Improve planning accuracy
by defining cycle and sprint scope, estimating capacity, and balancing new features, bugs, and escalations against velocity and quality. Drive consistent release cycles
by coordinating across product, engineering, design, and marketing to align on scope, readiness, and timelines. Own backlog quality
by writing and refining tickets with clear scope, requirements, and acceptance criteria in close partnership with PMs and tech leads. Ensure every ticket is definition-ready before it enters a cycle. Increase visibility into delivery health
by providing proactive status updates, real-time dashboards, and clear planning tools to keep all stakeholders aligned. Mitigate delivery risk
by anticipating dependencies, clarifying edge cases, and resolving open questions before they become blockers. Level up delivery practices
by implementing scalable, repeatable processes across backlog management, sprint planning, QA, bug triage, and release coordination. Bridge discovery and delivery
by ensuring smooth transitions from product/design into execution, with clear requirements and shared expectations. Facilitate and validate feature demos
by scheduling reviews with stakeholders, confirming requirements are met, and coordinating follow-ups or iterations before release. Manage bug & escalation triage
by logging, prioritizing, and coordinating resolution with engineering, ensuring they’re treated with the same rigor as feature work. Drive delivery confidence
by ensuring the team and leadership always know “what is shipping, when, and at what level of quality.” Ensure cross-functional readiness
by aligning features, documentation, and GTM planning well before launch. Serve as the point of contact
for closing gaps, clarifying missing details, and ensuring alignment across teams. Execution Ownership:
A track record of managing complex delivery for technical products in SaaS or platform environments. Systems Thinking:
Skilled at identifying dependencies, sequencing work, and managing risk to keep projects on track. Detailed Product Knowledge: Deeply understand product use cases
by becoming an expert in how users interact with features, enabling more thoughtful scoping, edge case identification, and test planning. Low-Code/No-Code Awareness:
Familiarity with this ecosystem — bonus if you’ve worked with Xano or similar platforms. Ticketing Expertise:
Proficiency in tools like Jira or Linear, with a commitment to keeping them actionable and up to date. Technical Collaboration:
Confidence working with engineers on backend systems and architecture planning. Clarity in Communication:
Ability to clearly explain scope, trade-offs, and risks to both technical and non-technical audiences. Data-Driven:
You use metrics like velocity, throughput, and cycle time to improve forecasting and drive team efficiency. Process Improvement Mindset:
Continuously evolving delivery rituals to increase predictability and reduce friction. Why work at Xano: This is an exciting opportunity to work at a fast-growing, mission and community-driven startup. Opportunity for impact : we have an open, direct team culture: leadership discusses initiatives, issues, and plans openly, and enjoys being challenged on their thinking. We move fast : we are product-led and are focused on execution in the day-to-day. This means no endless meetings on strategy and execution. If we disagree about a feature direction, we'll default to trying it out in a quick, low-risk way. Ownership : we measure success based on customer happiness. If you pitch something you think would dramatically improve our users' lives and the team agrees, the response will almost always be “Let’s do it!” Xano Empower anyone to create scalable, world-class software.
Xano is the fastest way to build a scalable backend for your App using Visual Development. Each Xano account comes with a scalable server, a flexible database, and a No Code API builder that can transform, filter, and integrate with data from anywhere. Xano is used by over 100,000 people around the world to power everything from consumer apps to enterprise workflows.
