Design, configure, customize, and support Siebel CRM applications
Work on Telecom CRM transformation initiatives
Develop and support integrations using EAI/EIM
Configure workflows, product models, and business services
Support production issues, deployments, and enhancements
Collaborate with business, testing, and support teams
Participate in end-to-end implementation activities
