A company is looking for a Simulation Specialist to deliver immersive training scenarios using digital avatars. Key Responsibilities
Deliver a variety of simulation scenarios accurately and professionally in alignment with learning objectives Engage with learners by providing excellent customer service and facilitating reflection sessions Organize and manage session schedules while adhering to policies and ensuring compliance with operational tasks Required Qualifications
At least 3 years of experience as a professional actor, with improv experience preferred Experience in customer-facing roles, preferably in customer service or hospitality Availability to work 20-30 hours per week, Monday to Friday, within specified hours Able to complete a rigorous training plan of 61 hours within 4 to 6 weeks Must work from a private location with a strong and stable internet connection
