Key Responsibilities
Make 80-120 outbound calls per day to prospective leads across assigned territories.
Generate and qualify leads through cold calls, voicemail drops, and follow-ups.
Book meetings or product demos for Account Executives.
Handle objections professionally and nurture cold leads through persistence.
Track all outreach activity in CRM tools (e.g. HubSpot, Salesforce, or Close).
Work closely with sales leaders to refine scripts and improve conversion rates.
Meet and exceed KPIs related to call volume, meetings booked, and lead quality.
Requirements
2+ years of experience in a high-call-volume SDR or cold calling role.
Strong spoken English with a clear, confident, and persuasive phone presence.
Resilience to rejection and ability to keep energy high throughout the day.
Familiarity with dialers, CRM systems, and pipeline tracking tools.
Proven ability to meet daily/weekly outbound call targets.
Tech-savvy and highly organized in a remote work environment.
Coachable, goal-oriented, and excited to grow within a sales organization.
