Job Summary We are looking for a skilled IT Recruiter with experience in C2H (Contract‑to‑Hire) and FTE hiring to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have strong technical recruitment experience and the ability to work independently in a remote setup.
Key Responsibilities
Handle end‑to‑end IT recruitment for both contract and permanent roles
Source and screen candidates based on client requirements
Work on multiple technologies and IT skill sets
Coordinate interviews and follow‑ups with candidates
Interact with clients to understand technical requirements
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment documentation
Required Skills
Strong understanding of IT technologies and technical roles
Experience in C2H and permanent hiring
Hands‑on experience with sourcing techniques (Naukri, LinkedIn, etc.)
Excellent communication and coordination skills
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Eligibility Criteria
Experience: 2 to 6 years
Education: B.Sc (Computers), BCA, MCA, B.Tech, BE, BA
Mandatory: Minimum 2 years of Full Time hiring experience
Employment Gap: Maximum 6 months to 1 year
Must have own Laptop/Desktop + stable internet connection
Salary & Benefits
Salary: INR 12,000 – 18,000 per month (based on experience)
Work Timing: 9:30 AM – 6:30 PM
Week Off: 2nd & 4th Saturdays + all Sundays
