HCLTech is looking for a highly talented and self-motivated
Polarion ALM Expert
to join it in advancing the technological world through innovation and creativity. Job Title: Polarion ALM Expert Job ID: 1568971BR Location: Remote Key Responsibilities: Implement, configure, and maintain Siemens Polarion ALM to support end-to-end lifecycle processes. Customize Polarion workflows, templates, and reports to align with organizational and project-specific needs. Support requirements engineering, test management, risk management, and traceability across the development lifecycle. Integrate Polarion ALM with other engineering tools (e.g., Jira, Jenkins, Git, DOORS, Teamcenter). Provide training and technical guidance to end-users and stakeholders. Develop and maintain documentation, SOPs, and user manuals. Monitor system performance, resolve issues, and ensure platform scalability and security. Collaborate with IT and Engineering teams to support regulatory and compliance requirements (ISO 26262, ASPICE, FDA, etc.). Lead ALM-related process improvement initiatives and recommend best practices. Required Skills & Experience: 5+ years of experience with Polarion ALM in configuration, customization, and administration. Strong understanding of ALM concepts including requirements management, traceability, test management, and change control. Experience integrating Polarion with other tools through APIs or middleware. Familiarity with regulatory frameworks like ISO 26262, ASPICE, FDA 21 CFR Part 11, etc. Solid experience with Agile and V-Model development methodologies. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities. for investigation. Compensation and Benefits A candidate’s pay within the range will depend on their work location, skills, experience, education, and other factors permitted by law. This role may also be eligible for performance-based bonuses subject to company policies. In addition, this role is eligible for the following benefits subject to company policies: medical, dental, vision, pharmacy, life, accidental death & dismemberment, and disability insurance; employee assistance program; 401(k) retirement plan; 10 days of paid time off per year (some positions are eligible for need-based leave with no designated number of leave days per year); and 10 paid holidays per year.
