$30-$50 hourly W2, DOE Our client is looking for a detail-oriented Telecom Billing and Contract Specialist with expertise in the Tangoe billing platform and a deep understanding of legacy telecom technology, specifically TDM. The ideal candidate will excel in research, stakeholder communication, and contract management to support our telecom services. Due to client requirement, applicants must be willing and able to work on a w2 basis. Research and Analysis
Conduct thorough research of contract databases, vendor services, and technology transitions. Review current contracts and services to ensure alignment with organizational needs. Investigate vendor offerings to assess technological relevance and identify services being phased out. Propose innovative technology alternatives when legacy systems are expiring or unsupported. Identify opportunities to negotiate improved contract terms. Stakeholder Communication
Engage with stakeholders to understand their needs and gather feedback on service stabilization. Collaborate with the supply chain organization to ensure compliance with proposed contract amendments. Administrative and Team Collaboration
Perform administrative tasks to support contract management and billing processes. Communicate effectively with team members and seek guidance from leadership as needed. Qualifications:
Proven experience with the Tangoe billing platform. Strong understanding of legacy telecom technology, particularly TDM. Excellent research and analytical skills. Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective stakeholder engagement. Ability to propose and implement technology solutions and negotiate contract terms. Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available and that may result in pay outside of the range provided. W2 employees of Eliassen Group who are regularly scheduled to work 30 or more hours per week are eligible for the following benefits: medical (choice of 3 plans), dental, vision, pre-tax accounts, other voluntary benefits including life and disability insurance, 401(k) with match, and sick time if required by law in the worked-in state/locality.
