ABOUT THE POSITION The Development and Communications Manager is responsible for telling Coaching for Healing, Justice, and Liberation’s story by 1) developing and co-holding a relationship-centered resource cultivation strategy that engages individual and institutional donor; and 2) the development and implementation of an organization-wide communications strategy that is in alignment with organizational values, culture, and vision. This position is Coaching for Healing, Justice, and Liberation’s key storyteller by weaving together narratives that connect to our many audiences.
Our ideal candidate is relational, Self-led, loves to write, has direct experience in fundraising, years of anti-oppression social justice work experience, and is a nuanced and compelling communicator.
