United States - Eastern or Central Time Preferred
Studio Science is a different kind of Salesforce Partner - one that prioritizes human-centered experience design alongside strong technical execution. We don’t just implement features; we shape solutions that drive meaningful business outcomes. We’re hiring a Salesforce Technical Lead who combines consulting acumen with technical depth. This role is designed for someone who has operated in agency or consulting environments and understands how to navigate multiple clients, shifting priorities, and complex stakeholder dynamics. You will be deeply involved in building, reviewing, and delivering Salesforce solutions - remaining hands‑on in development while also leading developers and QA resources on client projects.
We’re looking for someone who thrives in client‑facing, fast‑moving environments and is comfortable owning both technical execution and delivery leadership.
Responsibilities
Lead technical design and delivery of Salesforce solutions across Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, and ecommerce-related implementations
Remain hands‑on in development (Apex, LWC, Flows, integrations) while guiding overall technical execution
Translate business requirements into scalable, maintainable Salesforce solutions that support customer experience and commerce journeys
Lead and mentor developers and QA resources to ensure high‑quality, testable code
Serve as a client‑facing technical consultant, participating in workshops, solutioning sessions, and executive conversations
Contribute to scoping, estimation, and pre‑sales efforts in partnership with sales and delivery leadership
Oversee integrations between Salesforce and external systems (APIs, middleware, ERP, CMS, etc.)
Manage source control, code reviews, release management, and deployment processes
Step into Business Analyst and/or Project Manager responsibilities on smaller engagements when needed
Qualifications
5+ years of hands‑on Salesforce development experience in a consulting or agency environment
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, informatics, information technology or equivalent real‑world experience
Proven experience delivering Salesforce implementations across the full SDLC
Strong development skills in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Lightening Web Runtime (LWR), Aura, Flows, and integrations
Experience leading developers on client projects while remaining hands‑on in the codebase
Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and/or Service Cloud; exposure to Salesforce Commerce Cloud or ecommerce implementations strongly preferred
Familiarity with Experience Cloud, CMS, and customer‑facing digital experiences
Exposure to Salesforce Commerce Cloud or enterprise ecommerce implementations strongly preferred; willingness to deepen expertise in this area is expected
Experience integrating Salesforce with external systems such as ecommerce platforms, ERP, CPQ, identity/SSO, or other enterprise applications
Salesforce certifications such as Platform Developer I/II required; additional certifications (Sales Cloud, Service Cloud, Experience Cloud, B2B Commerce) preferred
Strong communication skills with the ability to work directly with clients and cross‑functional teams
Ability to thrive in an environment of continual feedback; ability to address stressful situations with poise, understanding, and tact
Ability to effectively work remotely and in a professional manner from home in a United States‑based location
Availability and flexibility to work with global clients across multiple time zones and for occasional travel to client sites and Studio Science headquarters in Indianapolis, Indiana
Must be authorized to work in the USA for any employer without the need for sponsorship now or anytime in the future
This organization participates in E‑Verify.
