Key Responsibilities
Develop strong relationships with clients and prospective customers Respond to inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to schedule virtual consultations Guide clients through the application process with professionalism and clarity Host online meetings to assess client needs and recommend tailored insurance options Present life and health insurance plans based on client objectives and budgets Maintain accurate records and update client information in CRM systems Stay current on insurance products, industry trends, and compliance requirements Collaborate with internal teams to deliver a smooth client experience What We’re Looking For
Strong communication skills (both written and verbal) Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently Comfortable using CRM platforms, spreadsheets, and virtual meeting tools Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Must be able to pass a background check What We Offer
