Internship Program Overview The Macdillions Global Energy Internship Program is a
learning-focused, non‑employment program
created to help participants gain practical experience, professional mentorship, and career exposure within a corporate environment.
This program is
unpaid
and structured in compliance with the
U.S. Department of Labor (FLSA) guidelines , ensuring that interns are the primary beneficiaries of the experience.

Social Media & Content Development
Recruitment & Talent Sourcing
Business Development Research
Data & CRM Operations
IT Support & Automation (Observational)
Learning Responsibilities
Observe and assist with professional workflows
Support research, documentation, and planning activities
Learn industry tools, systems, and best practices
Participate in mentorship check‑ins and feedback sessions
Complete learning‑based assignments and reflections
Interns do not independently manage operations, clients, or revenue‑generating activities.
