installation of assigned projects, own direct responsibility for field labor, labor
coordination, quality control and safety on assigned projects.
Requirements
Experienced as a Superintendent or Foreman with proven supervision and
management of employees in the area of cold storage construction projects industrial
or commercial.
Supervise and coordinate work activities for field personnel, ensure services provided
meet quality standards and scheduling demands.
Lays out work for subordinate supervisors and lead persons, and is jointly responsible
with the Project Manager for having material, tools, equipment, information and
appropriate manpower in the proper place in a timely fashion
Evaluate work in progress to ensure insulation services performed meet scheduling,
budget and quality standards.
Ability to interpret blueprints drawings and plans; confirm that construction drawings
