We are looking for an Admin Executive for a short-term contract (13 months) to support ongoing administrative requirements. This is a virtual / remote opportunity, ideal for professionals who can independently manage day-to-day administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Roles & Responsibilities
Virtual Front Desk management.
Attending to employees and clients who come to the virtual office, understanding their requirements and directing their inquiries to the concerned team member.
Manage the manager’s calendar, prioritize/schedule various tasks, take care of due dates & scheduled meetings, and maintain a work log.
Help the manager with monthly, quarterly & annual tasks.
Build a strong bond with employees.
Develop people management skills.
Skills Required
Advanced knowledge of Zoom, Google Calendar, Gmail, MS Office & Canva.
Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
Should be multitasking, energetic, and have a positive learning attitude.

Pre-Requisites
A laptop and strong WiFi connectivity are mandatory.

Virtual Office (8 hours working daily over Zoom call, keeping audio and video on during working hours).
