Legal Writing Attorney
to support our litigation team in a
fully remote
role. This position is ideal for someone who excels in research and writing and prefers to focus on producing exceptional legal work
without court appearances or client management responsibilities .
About the Role The Legal Writing Attorney will play a key role in shaping case strategy by preparing a wide range of litigation documents across multiple stages of a case. You will collaborate with trial attorneys and support staff, but your work will center exclusively on
research, writing, and high‑level analysis .
Draft and revise
complaints, motions, briefs, appellate filings , and other substantive litigation documents
Conduct thorough and efficient
legal research
across complex fact patterns
Analyze case law, medical records, statutes, regulations, and factual records
Support trial teams with written strategy, including motions in limine, jury instructions, and summaries
Work within deadlines in a fast‑paced litigation environment
Demonstrated
exceptional legal writing ability , with samples showcasing persuasive and analytical writing
Strong research skills and familiarity with legal research platforms
Experience drafting
complaints, motions, briefs, and appeals
Background in
personal injury and/or medical malpractice
preferred
Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting
Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple projects
Salary commensurate with experience
