About the Role We’re looking for a Performance Marketer to manage paid media campaigns (primarily Facebook Ads) across multiple offers, including affiliate products (e.g., website hosting, coding apps, HighLevel), a YouTube channel management agency, and potentially a digital course.
The ad budget will start small and scale up to $50k+/month, so we’re looking for someone who is both strategic and hands‑on in driving performance.
What You’ll Do:
Manage and optimize Facebook Ads campaigns across multiple offers
Handle budget allocation and performance tracking (ROAS, CPA, etc.)
Test audiences, creatives, and offers to improve results
Scale campaigns effectively as budget increases
What We’re Looking For:
Proven experience running Facebook Ads
Experience managing ad spend across multiple offers
Background in the info/affiliate space is preferred
Affiliate advertising experience is a strong plus
