Job Description This is a remote position.
Overview We are seeking a highly reliable and proactive Personal Assistant to support a business owner in the construction/home services space. This role will serve as a dependable right-hand, assisting not only with day-to-day business operations but also providing general personal support as needed.
This is a dynamic position ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable handling a mix of administrative, operational, and light personal tasks.
Key Responsibilities
Manage daily scheduling, calendar, and appointments
Assist with basic bookkeeping and expense tracking
Create and maintain material lists and job-related documentation
Coordinate tasks and follow-ups to ensure nothing falls through the cracks
Provide general administrative and operational support
Assist with personal tasks and day-to-day coordination for the business owner
Post content to social media platforms as directed (no content creation required)
Maintain organization across emails, documents, and ongoing projects
Communicate regularly with the business owner to understand priorities and execute tasks accordingly
Required Qualifications
Strong English communication skills (written and verbal)
Highly organized with strong attention to detail
Ability to take direction and execute tasks independently
Comfortable handling a wide variety of tasks in a fast-paced environment
Reliable, responsive, and consistent in daily communication
Tech-comfortable and able to learn new tools quickly
Preferred Qualifications
Experience supporting contractors, construction companies, or home service businesses
Prior experience as a Personal Assistant, Executive Assistant, or Operations Support
Familiarity with:
Material lists / job tracking
Scheduling jobs or crews
Basic bookkeeping tools (e.g., QuickBooks or similar)
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think ahead

Tasks are completed accurately and on time with minimal follow-up
Clear and consistent communication with the business owner
Improved organization and efficiency across daily operations
Ability to anticipate needs and proactively support both business and personal responsibilities
