About The Role We are looking for experienced
Insurance professionals
to work on advanced AI systems by applying real-world insurance expertise. This is a domain-driven role where you will evaluate, structure, and improve AI-generated outputs across practical insurance scenarios such as
underwriting decisions, claims assessment, risk pricing, and policy interpretation.
Key Responsibilities
Translate real-world
insurance workflows
into structured tasks for AI systems.
Review AI-generated insurance outputs for
accuracy, compliance, and correctness .
Work on use cases such as
risk assessment, claims adjudication, loss ratio analysis, and policy formulation .
Evaluate AI reasoning across
underwriting guidelines, actuarial models, and regulatory compliance scenarios .
Identify
gaps, inconsistencies, and edge cases
in insurance outputs.
Clearly
document assumptions , underwriting/claims logic, and decision-making processes.
Provide structured feedback to improve AI model performance.
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience
in Insurance (Underwriting, Claims, Actuarial, Risk, or Policy Admin).
Strong understanding of
insurance principles and regulatory frameworks .
Hands-on experience with
risk pricing, claims settlement, or policy administration .
CPCU, ARM, ACAS, FCAS, or FIII preferred ; other relevant qualifications considered.
High attention to detail and ability to evaluate
complex insurance scenarios .
Strong written English
for clear documentation of reasoning.
Work Style & Expectations
Fully remote
and primarily
asynchronous
(flexible working hours).
Minimal meetings (typically optional office hours).
Collaboration via
Slack
and internal tools.
Candidates must complete onboarding and initiate engagement
within 24 hours of selection .
Consistent participation
and communication is expected.
Additional Notes
This role is best suited for candidates who can commit
15-20 hours/week consistently .
