Construction, Engineering & Skilled Trades | Recruiting & Staffing We’re seeking a dedicated IT project scheduling expert for enterprise technology initiatives. If you excel at orchestrating complex timelines for software and digital transformations, this long-term remote opportunity offers an impact in a forward-thinking industry.
$70-$90/hour, based on experience
W2 Contract position
Long-term contract, 2-3+ years
40-45 hour per week
Fully remote (working CST time zone)
Responsibilities:
Develop, manage, and maintain project schedules for IT/software initiatives, including integrated master schedules across multiple workstreams.
Identify dependencies across applications, integrations, and technical teams.
Monitor schedule progress, update activities, and provide performance analysis.
Offer insights on risks, delays, and critical path impacts.
Produce milestone updates, dashboards, and schedule reporting for leadership.
Support Agile, Waterfall, and hybrid methodologies in a PMO environment.
Qualifications:
5+ years in IT project scheduling, enterprise applications, or digital transformations (technology focus required; no construction backgrounds).
Proficient in MS Project, Primavera, Smartsheet, or similar tools.
Strong knowledge of IT methodologies (Agile, SCRUM, SDLC, DevOps, Hybrid).
Excellent communication for conveying complex schedules to diverse audiences.
PMO or multi-project experience preferred.
